From her studio in Rajathstan, India, this designer dreams up each piece herself before bringing in an all-female team of 25 local artisans to bring her ideas to life. Her skilled stay-at home team has become a phenomena in her local community, where she empowers women to provide for their families through this novel approach towards self-reliance.
