A beautifully woven tote fully made of Toquilla straw. This straw is a core raw material in Ecuador used to make many everyday items such as hats, baskets, and even roofs. It is processed in an artisan way to obtain soft, flexible and very resistant fibers. Use this carry all tote for a relaxing day at the beach or a shopping trip around town. Handmade in limited quantities.

About the designer:
After studying Fashion Design at Istituto Marangoni in Milan, this designer launched her brand of completely handmade accessories in 2010. Her products, which include genuine panama hats, woven handbags, and other accessories, are all manufactured in Ecuador using artisanal methods crossed with a modern day approach and design aesthetic for a fashion savvy clientele. The brand is known for their social responsibility working with woman artisans in the Andean region where they provide work and fair remuneration for the development of their communities.
