HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of the order placed. Shipping takes 2 - 7 business days to arrive. No signature is required upon delivery.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Returns are accepted for unworn and tagged items in original packaging. Please contact us for an RMA# within 48 hours of receiving your goods for a refund. If you prefer a refund, please note there is a 15% re-archiving fee that applies - this is due to the highly limited nature of each item. Please contactsupport@theaccessoryjunkie.com

Please note, due to the custom and limited nature of the art and necklace, Supreme Nine and Supreme Nine Encore products are non-returnable and all sales are final.

GOLD PLATED JEWELRY

Please see product care instructions below. The wear and tear of plated jewelry varies based on the individual wearer and therefore not something that can be returned. This includes tarnishing.

HELP, MY ITEM IS DAMAGED.

The nature of jewelry and accessories is fragile so we make every effort to package it securely. If your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately and we will try to replace it. Since every collection is limited edition, sometimes items sell out quickly so please let us know as soon as you receive it.

CAN I RE-ORDER AN ITEM?

Every item is limited edition or one-of-a-kind. Due to the nature of how limited each item is, we typically do not repeat items in our online collections.

We travel the world to meet designers in their studios. Every item is made by hand by the designers in their local country.

WHO ARE THE DESIGNERS?

We work with top and emerging designers from all corners of the globe. Some are well known in their own country and have been featured in VOGUE, ELLE and other prominent fashion magazines as well as worn by celebrities on the red carpet. Often these designers have not had the opportunity to break into the US market. We also love discovering emerging designers who are so talented and later go on to become sought after brands.

IMPORTANT PRODUCT CARE & PLATED JEWELRY

  • Always protect your jewelry from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold.

  • Store your jewelry in a soft lined box or pouch with an anti tarnish strip. Try to keep pieces apart so they don't rub together.

  • Be aware of tarnish which may occur as a result of oxidization, caused by the interaction of silver or gold plated jewelry with certain elements such as oxygen or sulfur as well as with certain acids. Some wearers may experience a green mark from this. This is not considered a defect to the product. Different oils, skin types and environments can cause this from time to time. It is outside our control, therefore, items cannot be returned for this reason.

  • Never go swimming wearing your jewelry, as chlorine in swimming pools can cause damage to all metals and will erode gold jewelry. Keep out of contact with sunscreen and other lotions.

  • Avoid wearing while cleaning, gardening or performing sports activities.

WHO IS ALLOWED TO PURCHASE BOTTLES OF WINE AND HOW IS IT DELIVERED?

State law requires an adult signature (aged over 21years) at the time of delivery for every package containing wine. It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure an adult is available to sign for the shipment at delivery.

All wine orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx who will attempt delivery up to three times. Upon the third missed delivery attempt, your shipment will be returned to David Family Wines. If this occurs we will contact you to resend, please note additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
